Ankie Panky's Bakery is a home style bakery with Dutch background.
We make our own breads, with mainly Rogers flours.
Every morning at 5 o'clock I start mixing the flour with water, eggs, oil, lemon juice, yeast and salt.
Three hours later this ends up in a great healthy bread coming out of the oven. We don't put any additives or preservatives in our bread nor any sugar.
Besides bread we also have Dutch imports like "hagelslag", "beschuit" and last but not least "drop" of course, the dark stuff the Dutch economy runs on.
